Discovery The brand has its warranty system which register their purchase on paper but no personal information. Only purchased products are known. We took this room to get to know more about real users.
Idea To create a CRM platform via Line. Let customer register as a person, also collect purchasing data – make it CRM. Therefore, we could understand their needs, behaviours and serve them better. (CDP was created on Google Cloud) Result Within 5 months of the launch, we gained over 13K registrants, enough to visualize key segments. Identify competitors and help direct the brand to target the right person, and fight against the right brands. Also, personalized CRM is expected to come in the next phase.
